Novaza Pulse#
Novaza Pulse is an email marketing and subscriber management platform built for teams that need to engage customers at scale. From one-time promotional campaigns to automated drip sequences, Pulse provides the tools to create, send, track, and optimize email communications — all without leaving the Novaza workspace.
Integration of Pulse with Novaza Office (for using module records as subscriber data) and with Novaza Desk (for triggering follow-up satisfaction surveys from resolved tickets) is planned and not yet available.

- Campaigns — compose and schedule one-off or recurring email campaigns
- Subscriber Lists — organize contacts into multiple lists with tagging and segmentation
- Email Templates — design reusable templates with a rich-text editor or raw HTML, with dynamic variable substitution
- Automation Sequences — create multi-step drip campaigns triggered by subscriber events
- Analytics — open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe tracking per campaign
- Double Opt-In — built-in confirmation flow to maintain list hygiene and comply with anti-spam regulations
- Unsubscribe Management — automatic one-click unsubscribe in all outgoing emails, with suppression list management
- Transactional Email — send individual triggered emails (receipts, password resets, notifications) via the Pulse API
Sending Infrastructure#
Pulse supports two sending modes:
- Novaza Managed SMTP — use Novaza’s pre-configured sending infrastructure (included on Enterprise plans). No DNS configuration needed beyond SPF/DKIM records provided during setup.
- Custom SMTP — connect your own email sending provider (e.g., Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun) by entering your SMTP credentials in Pulse settings.
Compliance#
All emails sent through Pulse automatically include a mandatory unsubscribe link in the footer. Subscribers who click unsubscribe are added to the suppression list and will never receive further emails from your workspace — even if they are re-imported to a list. This behavior cannot be disabled and ensures compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and Vietnamese anti-spam regulations.
