Managing Your Subscription#
Workspace owners manage plans, invoices, and payment methods from the Novaza Billing portal at https://console.novaza.ai. Sign in with the same Novaza SSO credentials you use for Office and Desk. The portal supports:
- Viewing the current plan, renewal date, and entitlements
- Downloading past invoices as PDF
- Updating billing contact information
- Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling a subscription
- Viewing usage against any metered entitlements
Tenant Isolation by Plan#
Novaza offers three levels of data and resource isolation. The right level depends on data sensitivity, performance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
| Plan | Isolation Model |
|---|---|
| Community | Shared infrastructure with logical data isolation. Every query is scoped to the tenant’s identifier; data is never commingled in application responses. |
| Professional | Dedicated database schema on the clustered Novaza database. Queries run against a schema that is reserved to the tenant, providing stronger boundaries and independent schema evolution. |
| Enterprise | Dedicated application instance and dedicated database. Compute and storage are reserved to the tenant, providing resource guarantees and the strictest isolation. |
Regardless of plan, all tenants run on the same encrypted storage layer, use the same backup policy (unless upgraded), and authenticate through Novaza SSO.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Can I upgrade between plans at any time? Yes. All your data, users, and configurations are preserved when you move between Community, Professional and Enterprise. New features become available immediately upon plan activation.
Is the Community plan truly free forever? Yes, the Community plan has no time limit. It will always be free for teams that stay within the usage limits.
How is Enterprise pricing calculated? Enterprise plans are priced based on your team size and selected modules. Contact sales@novaza.ai or use the pricing calculator at https://novaza.ai/pricing for a tailored quote.
Is there a trial of the Enterprise plan? Yes. New workspaces start with a 14-day Enterprise trial automatically. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, the workspace reverts to the Community plan unless you activate an Enterprise subscription.
What happens to data if I downgrade? If you downgrade from Enterprise to Community, data above the Community limits (e.g., additional records, archived messages) becomes read-only. No data is deleted automatically. You have 30 days to export or trim data before any automatic cleanup occurs.
