Personeo#
Personeo is the secure team messaging and collaboration product within the Novaza platform. It provides encrypted chat rooms, direct messaging, file sharing, message threading, and integrations with Novaza Office and Desk — giving your team a private internal communication space that keeps sensitive business conversations off public messaging services.
All messages in Personeo are encrypted in transit and at rest. Room history is stored on Novaza’s managed infrastructure, with Enterprise customers having the option of deploying a dedicated instance for data sovereignty requirements.
End-to-end encryption is available and configurable per room. Compliance deployments may require specific encryption settings as mandated by applicable regulations — contact your account manager for details.

- File Sharing — send and preview images, documents, spreadsheets, and other files up to 100 MB

- Reactions — emoji reactions to messages for lightweight acknowledgment
- Notifications — configurable per-room and per-keyword notification rules
- Search — full-text search across all rooms and direct messages you have access to
- Office & Desk Integration — paste a link to an Office record or Desk ticket into a message; recipients with access see the link inline
Access#
Personeo is available to all workspace users on Community and Enterprise plans. Users can access Personeo from:
- The Personeo tab in the Novaza web app
- The desktop app (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- The mobile app (iOS, Android)
Messages sync in real time across all connected devices.
