Novaza Monitor#
Novaza Monitor is the observability console that gives operations teams real-time visibility into the health and performance of their Novaza workspace. It provides pre-built dashboards for system metrics, API latency, and error rates, along with an alerting engine that sends email notifications when thresholds are breached.
Monitor is available to Enterprise plan workspaces only. Workspaces on the Community or Professional plans do not have access to Monitor — to enable it, upgrade the workspace to Enterprise from the customer portal.
Access#
Monitor is hosted at https://monitor.novaza.ai. Sign in with your Novaza account credentials via single sign-on — the same account you use for the main workspace. Users must have the Monitor Viewer or Monitor Admin role on the workspace to access the console.
What Monitor Shows You#
- System health — availability and resource utilization of the services that power your workspace
- API latency — request-response timing for every Novaza API endpoint your workspace calls
- Error rates — count and rate of 4xx and 5xx responses over configurable time windows
- Metrics explorer — query and visualize any exposed metric over arbitrary time ranges
Prerequisites#
- Workspace is on the Enterprise plan
- User has been granted a Monitor role by a workspace administrator
- Modern browser with JavaScript enabled
