Getting Started with Novaza Mail#

Accessing Webmail#

Novaza Mail provides a full-featured webmail interface that lets you read and send mail directly in your browser — no software installation required.

1. Visit mail.novaza.ai
2. Sign in with your Novaza SSO credentials (email and password)
3. Your inbox will load immediately after sign-in

Webmail supports the full feature set: compose, attachments, folder management, filters and search.

Configuring Mail on a Computer#

Outlook (Windows / macOS)#

1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account
2. Enter your email address (e.g. name@yourcompany.com)
3. Choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually
4. Select IMAP
5. Enter the server details:

6. Click Connect and wait for confirmation

Thunderbird#

1. Open Thunderbird → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account
2. Enter your name, email and password
3. Click Configure manually and enter the same server details as above
4. Click Re-test then Done

Apple Mail (macOS)#

1. Open System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Other Account → Mail Account
2. Enter your email and password
3. When prompted for manual configuration, enter the server details above
4. Click Sign In

Configuring Mail on a Phone#

iPhone / iPad (iOS Mail)#

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account
2. Enter your name, email and password
3. Select IMAP and enter:
   • Incoming Mail Server: mail.novaza.ai
   • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.novaza.ai
4. Tap Next and wait for verification

Android (Gmail app)#

1. Open Gmail → Settings → Add account → Other
2. Enter your email address, choose Manual setup → Personal (IMAP)
3. Enter your password
4. Incoming server: mail.novaza.ai, port 993, SSL/TLS
5. Outgoing server: mail.novaza.ai, port 465, SSL/TLS
6. Complete the setup

Calendar Sync (CalDAV)#

CalDAV URL: https://mail.novaza.ai/dav/calendars/

Use this URL to add the calendar to Apple Calendar, Thunderbird or DAVx5 (Android).

Contacts Sync (CardDAV)#

CardDAV URL: https://mail.novaza.ai/dav/contacts/

Use this URL to sync contacts with Apple Contacts, Thunderbird or DAVx5 (Android).
