Novaza Live#
Novaza Live is the real-time voice and video communication layer of the Novaza platform. It provides browser-based audio and video calls, shared rooms, and in-room messaging — so teams can talk to customers and colleagues directly from the Novaza workspace without installing extra software.
Live is designed for businesses that want to add a voice or video channel to their operations without investing in traditional telephony infrastructure. Rooms can be created on demand and joined from any modern browser using a secure access token.
Key Features#
- WebRTC Browser Calls — make and receive voice and video calls directly in the browser with no plugin or app required
- Call Recording — calls can be recorded (with appropriate consent notices) and stored for quality review
Planned Features#
The following capabilities are on the Novaza Live roadmap and not yet available:
- Voice AI Agents — conversational AI agents that handle calls autonomously and hand off to human agents
- Voice Surveys — automated outbound call campaigns with scripted questions and response recording
- Live Transcription — real-time speech-to-text during calls with searchable post-call transcripts
- Call Routing (IVR) — intelligent inbound call routing based on menus and agent availability
- Integration with Desk — logging calls as Desk conversations with transcript and recording attached

- Customer support voice channel — handle first-line support calls with an AI agent; escalate complex issues to a live agent
- Appointment reminders — automated outbound calls to remind patients or customers of upcoming appointments
- Post-service surveys — call customers after a resolved Desk ticket to collect satisfaction scores
