App Installation#

Novaza runs fully in the browser. There is no download or installation required — open your workspace URL in a supported browser and sign in.

Web Access#

Access Novaza from any modern desktop or mobile browser:

Signing In#

1. Open your browser and navigate to your product URL:
   • Novaza Office: https://office.novaza.ai
   • Novaza Desk: https://desk.novaza.ai
   • Novaza Pulse: https://pulse.novaza.ai
2. You will be redirected to the Novaza single sign-on page at id.novaza.ai.
3. Enter your email address and password, then complete any multi-factor authentication challenge.
4. After sign-in you are returned to the product you were trying to access.

Adding to Home Screen#

For a native-app-like experience, you can add Novaza to your device’s home screen:

• iOS (Safari): Tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android (Chrome): Open the browser menu, then Add to Home screen.
• Desktop (Chrome/Edge): Click the install icon in the address bar, if shown, or use Install Novaza from the browser menu.

This creates a shortcut that opens Novaza in a dedicated browser window without the surrounding browser UI.

Native Applications (Planned)#

Native desktop and mobile applications are on the product roadmap. These will add offline access, system tray notifications, background sync, and deeper OS integration. No release date has been announced. Check the Downloads page for updates.
