Getting Started with Novaza#

This section walks you through everything you need to get your team up and running on the Novaza platform. Onboarding typically takes less than 15 minutes for a basic workspace configuration.

Onboarding Steps#

  1. Create your account — Sign up at novaza.ai and choose between the Community (free) plan or a paid Enterprise plan. See SaaS Signup.
  2. Verify your email — A confirmation link will be sent to your inbox. Click it to activate your workspace.
  3. Configure your organization — Set your organization name, logo, and primary language in the workspace settings.
  4. Invite team members — Use the Novaza SSO admin panel to create user accounts and assign roles.
  5. Install the app — Download the desktop or mobile application for a richer experience. See App Installation.
  6. Explore your first product — Navigate to Novaza Office to build your first module, or open Novaza Desk to connect a customer channel.

What You Will Need#

  • A valid email address for the account owner
  • A modern browser (Chrome 110+, Firefox 115+, Safari 16+, or Edge 110+)
  • For the desktop app: Windows 10+ or macOS 12+
  • For the mobile app: iOS 15+ or Android 10+

Key Concepts#

Workspace — Your organization’s isolated environment. All data, users, and settings are scoped to your workspace.

Namespace (Novaza Office) — A logical grouping of modules, pages, and workflows within Office. A single workspace can have multiple namespaces.

Role — A named set of permissions. Roles are defined in Novaza SSO and apply across all products.
