Customer Portal#
The customer portal at console.novaza.ai is the self-service interface for everything related to your subscription, invoices, wallet, and payment methods. It is separate from the main Novaza workspace so that finance and accounting users can be granted access without needing full workspace permissions.
Access#
The portal is reached at https://console.novaza.ai. Sign in with your Novaza account credentials — the same email and password you use for the main workspace. Single sign-on is used so there is no separate password to manage.
Users with the Billing Admin role on the workspace have full access to the portal, including the ability to change plans, update payment methods, and cancel the subscription. Users with the Billing Viewer role can view invoices and wallet activity but cannot make changes.
What You Can Do in the Portal#
- Subscription — view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, schedule a cancellation
- Invoices — browse all invoices, download PDF copies, retry failed payments
- Wallet — top up the prepaid balance, view the transaction ledger, configure low-balance alerts
- Payment Methods — add, remove, or change the default card or bank account on file
- Billing Contacts — manage the email addresses that receive invoice notifications and payment-failure alerts
- Tax Information — enter or update your billing address and tax identification number
Adding Billing-Only Users#
To grant a finance team member access to the portal without giving them access to operational data in the workspace, invite them with the Billing Viewer or Billing Admin role only. They will be able to sign in to console.novaza.ai but will not see the main Novaza applications.
